What data we process and why
Contact and trip details (name, phone, email, flight number, pick-up and destination) to manage your booking and contact you.
Contact details of companies and transport providers who write to us, to reply and manage the business relationship.
Legal basis
Performance of the transport contract you request and, for business contacts, our legitimate interest or your consent.
Recipients
The transport company performing your transfer (only the data needed for the service), Stripe for payments and our email and messaging providers. We never sell your data.
Retention
We keep booking data for the periods required by tax and commercial law (generally 6 years).
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@wavetransfers.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies
We only use technical cookies needed for language and sign-in. We don't use advertising cookies.
