1. Who we are
Wave Transfers (Mallorca, Illes Balears, España) is an agency arranging private passenger transport in Mallorca. Transfers are performed by licensed local transport companies (VTC or VD licences) with compulsory insurance and professional drivers.
2. Price and payment
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and include taxes, tolls and reasonable waiting time for flight delays.
Payment is made online by card through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.
3. Cancellations and changes
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up: we refund 100% of the amount.
Cancellations less than 24 hours before pick-up are not refunded.
Changes of date, time or address are handled by email and subject to availability.
4. Pick-up and waiting times
At the airport your driver waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign. We track your flight and up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included.
At hotels, villas or other addresses, 15 minutes of waiting from the agreed time are included.
If you don't show up within those times without notifying us, the service is considered a no-show and is not refunded.
5. Luggage and special requests
Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Child seats, bikes, golf clubs or extra luggage must be stated when booking and are subject to confirmation.
6. Liability
Transport is provided by the assigned transport company, which is responsible for performing it under transport regulations and its insurance. Wave Transfers is responsible for handling your booking correctly.
We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, road closures, strikes, etc.).
7. Complaints and governing law
Send any complaint to info@wavetransfers.es. We will reply within 10 days. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
